We’ve always been eager to roll up our sleeves and tackle projects big and small. So it was no surprise when CEP staffers and colleagues celebrated the company’s silver anniversary by getting “elbow deep” in flour (and dirty dishes) to create our own celebratory meal. |
| Not just any meal, mind you—we prepared an elegant four-course gourmet meal in one of the test kitchens at the prestigious Midwest Culinary Institute. The experience reminded us of just how well we work together: responsibilities were divvied up, everyone worked both independently and in small cooking groups to quickly accomplish their parts of the task, and the amazing platters of food came together with a flourish—artfully prepared and delectable! | ![]() |

All of CEP’s key players were on hand—those we see in the office every day, as well as those we count on to join us when we are on deadline to complete a major project. |
| We prepared an incredible luncheon, and we did it in record time—a CEP trademark. When we sat down to eat, we recognized just how successful we had been at creating our own celebration. | ![]() |

![]() The do-it-yourself anniversary luncheon menu included wild mushroom and veal croquettes; apple, blue cheese, walnut, and endive salad; pan-seared lamb chops; and mango tarte tatin. |
| In work, as in play, the project was successful because the tasks were completed through teamwork. | |
